A new site www.geocachetrails.com aims to link together caches and multicaches that can be easily completed during the course of a morning or afternoon's circular walk. "A geocache trail is a series of geocaches, usually laid out along a circular route for walking, biking or driving. Completing a geocache trail is a great way to spend a morning, afternoon or day geocaching." There are quite a few such trails in North East Wales, one in Snowdonia, 4 near Aberystwyth and 2 near Cardiff. If you have any suggestions for more please send them to the site using this form.

Over in the USA the founders of Geocaching have linked together 3 challenging caches which sum up the history of geocaching in the States. Click here to see how this has developed. Can anyone think of three Welsh caches which would be equivalent? Please email your suggestions to enquiries@walkingnorthwales.co.uk.
